The CQRID Exam is offered four times a year on the last Saturday in the months of Jauary, April, July, and October.
CQRID Exam Locations
The CQRID is exam is offered in all 50 states. An exam location will be opened as long as there are two candidates requesting the same location. To view a full listing of the Exam Test Centers, please click on the link below.
Written Request for a Date and Location
Candidates must submit a written request to CQRID specifying their preference for the exam date and location. This request is to be submitted via email, fax, or mail a minimum of 45 days prior to the selected examination date in order to reserve a seat for the examination.
The request should specify a first and second choice for location chosen from the available Exam Test Center Locations list. A location can be offered as long as there are two candidates requesting the same location. Details regarding the specific location and time of the exam will be mailed a minimum of two weeks prior to the testing date, directly to the candidate by CQRID's testing administrators, CCE.
To submit a written request, please include your name, daytime phone number, email address, preferred testing date, and the first and second choice for the location.
CQRID Cancellation Policy
If the candidate cancels their registration and application, they will receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable $50 application fee) when the cancellation is made in writing and postmarked sixty (60) days or more prior to the examination date. Candidates who notify CQRID one week prior to the exam date will receive a refund of $50. No-show candidates will not recieve a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.
